Tamatji Smith Photography

Tamati Smith, known as Tamati the Yamaji, is a Yamaji (Badimaya/Wajarri) and Māori (Ngāpuhi) photographer and videographer based in Geraldton, Western Australia. He focuses on regional storytelling, particularly in Western Australia's Midwest region.

Tamati has contributed to publications such as The Washington Post, The Sydney Morning Herald, and The New York Times. His work aims to provide culturally safe spaces for First Nations people to share their stories.
